Angela’s art journey began when she used to hold the camera and flash pack for her father for pocket money when she was 12 years old. He took wedding photos at weekends to make extra cash for the family holidays. He gave Angela one of his cameras when she went to Bath Lane Art School and did a 1-year foundation course in Newcastle UK.  She was 16 years old.

She loved the dark room and the magic of images that would appear in a swirl of chemicals, this grew into taking abstract photos and manipulating images.

In 2020 Angela began to work with clay and paint.  COVID gave me the perfect opportunity to explore both these mediums in earnest, and illness has given her some quality time creating. She has loved working with both these mediums. From this grew the beautiful Goddess Vessel Series.
