Sarah O’Brien

Sarah O’Brien (nee Fairfax) grew up on her family beef-cattle property, “Rawbelle” outside Monto in Central Queensland and attended Monto State School and boarding school at NEGS in Armidale. After finishing school, Sarah worked in Brisbane as a legal secretary before moving to the UK for 5 years.

Today, Sarah and her husband Joseph live in Brisbane with their 3 children, and she is involved as an Advisor to the Trustees of the Tim Fairfax Family Foundation, a Member of the Vincent Fairfax Family Foundation and a Board Director of Cambooya, the Fairfax family office in Sydney.
