Suzanne Bosanquet

Architect

Suzanne is an active practicing architect, and owner of a small residential-focused architectural practice based in Brisbane, established in 2019, as well as Little Architect Creative Workshops that deliver educational art, design and architecture-based programs to children and families. With over 25 years of local and international professional experience, a diverse range of clients and scale of projects have been tackled from art installations to masterplans including sport stadiums and indoor arenas, such as Wembley, Nanjing Sports Park, Beijing Olympics, Suncorp Stadium + the MCG.   In 2004, Suzanne established Bosanquet Foley Architects and was company director for 15 years. She has won multiple industry awards, and been published in the broad media, local and internationally.  TV appearances included  Shark Tank for a teenage boy natural deodorant, and in development with Grand Designs and Restoration Australia.

Her outstanding service to her community has been acknowledged with a 2021 Finalist Women in Business – Greater Brisbane Region: The Community Dedication and Social Justice Award, Griffith Australia Day Award, an Australian Government Community and Business Partnership Award, a Community Alumnae Award from The Women’s College within the University of Queensland, the Canon Garland Memorial Medal, and a nomination by the then Deputy Premier/ Treasurer Jackie Trad MP for a Telstra’s Women’s Business Award for Social Enterprise.
