Tina Vaka founded Women by Design (WBD) in 2012 with a clear vision to ‘Empower Women to Fulfill God’s Purpose’. Since the inception of WBD, hundreds of women from across the Pacific region from various nations, faiths, industries, and backgrounds have been liberated and empowered to fulfill their purpose. She is passionate about empowering women to be everything God has called them to be – from the young naive girl to the mother in the village and the professional woman in a range of industries. Tina has been a Church Pastor for 24 years and is the CEO of an emerging CSO based in Brisbane.

A 2021 graduate from the UQ MBA program, she is a business owner, Communications Consultant and regularly speaks at various leadership and women conferences.
