Inez Fainga’a Manu-Sione

Doctor of Education Candidate

Inez Fainga’a Manu-Sione was born in Fiji to Tongan parents and migrated to Nhulunbuy, Northern Territory.  She was adopted into a Yolngu clan, called the Gumatj Clan and given Yolngu names.  After year 12 she completed a Bachelor of Theatre, landing a role as DJ Zoey in Laboite’s World Premier of X-Stacy and Antigone in the Qld Theatre production of Antigone. She completed a Bachelor of Laws/Bachelor of Business at QUT and was admitted into the Supreme Court as a Lawyer. She is a Doctorate of Education candidate, looking at the influencing factors impacting upon health choices for Pasifika people.
