Melisa Drummond-Anderson, Founder and Managing Director of BLAQ DIAMONDS Women Empowerment based in Brisbane, A ‘Next Steps’ Program, servicing and supporting our First Nations Women across the nation who are Survivors of Family & Domestic Violence.  Melisa, a Nywaigi Woman (Aboriginal, Mother’s side), Gumulaig from Urpi Kigu Peoyadh Ras/Mabuyag Island, Torres Strait (Father’s side) & Wuthathi Tribe, Cape York Region with heritage leading back to American Samoa.
