Kim Rollason-Nokes is the CEO and Founder of Ethni - a non-profit organisation providing spaces where young women from diverse cultural backgrounds can thrive. She has over 15 years experience in the community services sector in a diverse range of roles and has come to specialise and thrive in small organisations and start ups. She has developed a 'jack of all trades' skill set but is most passionate about cultivating the skills and strengths of young people so they can lead the change the world needs.
