Studio C
The WOW Healing Space is a very special space in the Festival, hosted by CEED Healing, this space will be available throughout the day if you need a quite space to reflect and decompress.
Led by Pauline Lampton, Artistic Director of Miriki Performing Arts, this immersive workshop invites participants to explore the connection between identity, culture and movement through the inspiration of totem animals.
Drawing on Miriki's storytelling approach to First Nations dance, participants will discover how the qualities and spirit of a totem can be expressed through the body. Guided through creative movement and choreography, each person will develop their own unique movement vocabulary before weaving these individual expressions into a shared performance.
This workshop offers a safe and reflective space for creativity, connection and self-expression, and can be delivered as a standalone session.
