Celebrating the International Day of the Girl – WOW Schools Day ‘26

WOW Schools Day '26, will be held on Tuesday, 13 October, and is aligned with UN International Day of The Girl Child, designated in 2012 to highlight and address the many challenges girls face globally, and to promote girl’s empowerment and human rights.

This year we will continue to partner with QPAC to host over 200 high school students in a full day of workshops, performances, and Speed Mentoring on the Wheel of Brisbane with over 200 mentors from a range of diverse fields, highlighting opportunities and inspiring diverse ambitions. 

A highlight every year is the panel conversation hosted by ABC’s Natasha Mitchell in conversation with 3 amazing young people doing extraordinary things! 

Ticket Prices: $29 per student + ticketing charges (1 teacher free per 10 students)
